I am so glad I don’t take this train. Looks like it was taken in the 80s or 90s though.

I wonder exactly which stations/lines get this bad. Does JR or just the metro? I’ve been on a train that had pushers standing by, but they never had to spring into action. We probably missed heavy rush hour by only a few minutes.

It’s like they don’t know when to just throw up their hands and say, “Screw it! I’ll take the next one!” Especially the dude in the white jacket…what a jerk.

I like the guy who just shoves his shoulder in and hopes for the best. Today I took the train in at around 8:00pm instead of the usual 7:30am. Still squished but no this bad, all I could think about was this video.

@Geekly You know, I’m not quite sure. I know Iidabashi in the morning heading towards Tokyo gets pretty bad, probably close to this. This video it looks like an above ground train so my first guess is JR but it could also be one of the subway extensions that go above ground further out away from Tokyo. I found this video on YouTube so I don’t have much info on it unfortunately. Gomen ne.
