WHOO, you’re back! Yeah, I was trying to bite my tounge earlier because I knew something was probably up and I didn’t want to pressure you, but I did miss the podcast just so you know!
In regards to the episode, I think these tips may be useful for me by the time I go to Japan (if I ever do soon >_>). so it was a pretty good episode and I can’t wait for the next. Also, I think your idea for a sound tour episode is great and I’m sure many (myself included) would enjoy it. Personally I enjoy the sounds where you can hear a bunch of people talking (whether it be to you or just in general) and where you can hear all the loud, awkward ads or shows going on. So I look forward to that episode as well! ;D

hey christopher! don’t be so hard on yourself!
in regards to visa issues, the last thing i did in canada was pick up my stamped passport from the embassy in calgary (3-hour flight from home), sleep over night in the airport and i was off to Nagoya that morning. so stressful! i can relate man, but i’m glad you’re settled!

Thanks all for the kind “you’re back” comments and welcome Jamaipanese, hope you enjoy the episodes. Yeah, I’m not being too hard on myself. Just trying to keep my head up above water. Life has been so busy lately. I cannot wait until this vacation coming up. Whooo! And San has been prepping me for everything Korea. Can’t wait!
Next show will be the sound scene/seeing/tour show!!

You’re back? You were gone?
Anyway, you’re right about the US/Brazil visa, they charged us only because we charge them. However, Japanese citizens need a visa to visit Brazil (as Hernan’s girlfriend found out last year at the airport as she was on her way to São Paulo).
